To ensure the security of our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to verification checks. This may include:

3. Authorization and Charging

Once payment is confirmed and the order is processed, we aim to dispatch your items within 7 working days. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

5. Failed Transactions

If your credit card transaction is declined or flagged as suspicious:

  • You will receive a notification and may need to provide additional information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or cleared.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days after your return is received and approved.

7. Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. Orders that are found to be fraudulent will be immediately cancelled, and any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
